Balaring Mangrove Sanctuary
Balaring Mangrove Sanctuary has a whooping 1.2 kilometers of bamboo bridge and at the end of the bridge is a 3 storey bamboo tower. It is located at Barangay Balaring, Silay City which is known for seafood capital of Silay City and floating restaurants. The entrance fee is cheap and also the cottage. It is just a 30 minute trip from the provincial capital which is Bacolod City. It now has nearly 20,000 mangroves planted in this mangrove sanctuary.
